Our Story

We are a mother and daughter team based in Camas, Washington.

While we both studied at the same school, we have developed slightly different styles and talents.

Elizabeth is the quieter and gentler therapist.

Barbara’s style is a bit deeper and more physical.

We both incorporate gentle stretches and muscle energy techniques into our work.
